What is the Return Process at What a Lily?

4. Return Shipping:
- You should return the item via shipping within 4 days after contacting support.
- The shipping cost will not be covered by the company and is the customer's responsibility.

6. Store Credit:
- Your store credit will be issued within 2 days of receiving the item.
- The credit will reflect in your account and can be used for future purchases.
